Senior IT Project Manager at Nfq

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in managing a big project, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. In this role, you will • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget • Define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and track progress • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues • Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors • Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team • Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques • Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes What you will bring • Extensive IT project management experience with a track record of successfully leading complex projects • Extensive knowledge of web development processes, methodologies, and best practices • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients and team members • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Experience with project management tools and software • Experience with project budget tracking and resource utilization • Fluency in Lithuanian and English What we offer • A working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and fun • Health insurance and a yearly training budget (local and international conferences, language courses), employee-led workshops • Flexible working hours • Unlimited WFH (work from home) policy • Extra vacation days: 2 after working at NFQ for two years and 4 after four years on our team • Bonus for referrals • For those who dream of traveling: WFA (work from anywhere) possibilities in NFQ - approved countries • Office perks and team activities Salary range: € 4400 - 6600 gross / month If you have any questions, please contact me at [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] or via Linkedin Check all our career opportunities here.
