We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join HomeToGo's Distribution Team, responsible for building systems that connect with thousands of partners. This role involves architecting and maintaining diverse channels that drive growth and unify B2B tools and public channels into a high-performance ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with business stakeholders to identify requirements, plan milestones, and measure feature performance
- →Choose technical and business metrics to monitor features and manage risk
- →Collaborate with the team to create and maintain features
- →Mentor team members and assist with hiring new talent
- →Solve technical design issues
- →Maintain a healthy codebase
- →Create technical and architectural standards with the team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional experience
- ✓Expert knowledge of recent PHP & Symfony versions
- ✓Experience in building scalable systems
- ✓Practical communication skills and ability to work in a group
- ✓Professional working proficiency in English
