Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with Architects, R&D, Product Managers, and external vendors to understand high-level design and cross-interface impacts
- →Define detailed functional product requirements, including source-to-target mapping and transformation rules
- →Define non-functional product requirements such as performance and scalability
- →Interface with customers to understand their data needs and participate in product implementation
- →Facilitate mutual understanding between multiple product and engineering teams through clear communication
- →Prioritize and scope user stories in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering
- →Define precise acceptance criteria and identify functional test considerations
- →Conduct internal product demos and support stakeholders during demo activities
- →Provide ongoing support to Customer Support, Product, and Technical Presales teams
- →Make recommendations around product features and enhancements
Requirements
- ✓Strong exposure to the Payments domain
- ✓Knowledge of AML and/or Fraud Prevention
- ✓Experience writing Business Use Cases, Scenarios, and Functional Test Cases
- ✓Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- ✓Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into business requirements
- ✓Fast learner with the ability to scale up on new technologies
- ✓Demonstrated ability to analyze, model, and communicate business requirements
- ✓Hands-on experience with source-to-target mapping, transformations, and data management
- ✓Good understanding of schemas, metadata, and standard banking interfaces
- ✓Experience creating product and functional specifications
- ✓Strong SQL knowledge and excellent analytical skills
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills (English)
- ✓Team player with strong work ethic, creativity, assertiveness, and flexibility
- ✓Experience operating as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst in multiple engagements
- ✓Experience working in Agile environments
