About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join NiCEβs team. This role involves providing post-implementation support to customers and maintaining strategic relationships across client business units. The position requires expertise in NiCE Solutions and managing critical issues between customers and support organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- βOverall responsibility throughout the project lifecycle including Initiation, Data Acquisition, Configuration, Data Validation, UAT, Tuning and Deployment phases.
- βManage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure quality solutions are delivered within time and cost constraints.
- βEstablish relationships and effectively communicate with key members of client teams including business users and management personnel.
- βPrepare project status reports and presentations to keep management, customers, and others informed of the project status and issues.
- βDevelop, implement, and maintain standard practices for client implementations aligned with the PMs operating model.
- βCommunicate and advocate customer requirements and concerns to product management team, R&D, and other internal stakeholders.
- βCreate and manage project plans, define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- βGet involved in projects at a high level for functional and technical aspects.
- βCoordinate multiple projects among different internal teams and stakeholders.
- βAlign project objectives with company goals and ensure the project team is clear on objectives.
- βPlan for project contingencies and anticipate variations that may affect resources and successful implementation.
- βFollow the company Code of Ethics and procedures always.
Requirements
- βMinimum 2-5 years of IT Industry experience
- β2 or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
- βBachelorβs or masterβs degree in business administration or related field
- βStrong working knowledge of Project Management Tools like MPP, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI
- βExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- βExperience in managing stakeholders
- βWorking knowledge of Banking and Finance Domain is a must
- βOutstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- βProactive and energetic to run the program independently or with minimal support
- βPMP or Prince2 certification is a must
- βProven experience managing several major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups
- βClient-facing skills
- βStrong problem-solving skills
- βExcellent English writing and speaking communication skills
- βProven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions
- βExcellent organizational, customer service, and people skills
