About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer Tech Lead to join NICE’s next-generation Workforce Management platform team. This role involves building full-stack features and orchestrating AI agents to accelerate engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive engineering excellence through AI-augmented workflows and agentic development patterns
- →Develop end-to-end cloud features on top of AWS
- →Optimize components for maximum performance
- →Ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution
- →Lead features design and implementations, set team standards, and advise on tech selection
- →Demonstrate strategic thinking and a long-term vision for scalable solutions
- →Champion continuous improvement and high-velocity delivery
Requirements
- ✓Computer Science B.Sc./BE/Beng with GPA of at least 85
- ✓At least 8 years of BE/Fullstack experience
- ✓AI-augmented development, including MCP servers
- ✓Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts
- ✓Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner and team player
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Open to taking on increasing responsibilities
- ✓Fluent English
