About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join NielsenIQ. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing customer relationships while ensuring efficient resolution of customer queries through proprietary platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- βExecute, monitor, and improve delivery management and service-related tasks
- βBecome an expert on NIQ processes and methodologies to improve deliverables
- βEnsure query resolution and deliver data according to customer contractual terms
- βTriage customer queries across markets and customer categories
- βWork closely with NielsenIQ teams to identify resolutions
- βPartner with Customer Service teams to adhere to process design
- βDrive adherence to KPIs and process compliance
- βOperate in a hybrid physical-virtual environment
Requirements
- βManage 5 to 10 customers and/or multiple NIQ markets
- βEnsure timely delivery of reports and databases
- βIdentify, investigate, and coordinate data resolution
- βBe the first point of contact for designated customers
- βEnsure efficient customer experience
