About the Role
The Reference Data Specialist at NielsenIQ is responsible for managing client deliverables, coding, and data input validation across various industry categories such as Beverages, Food, and Health and Beauty Products. This role ensures accurate and timely delivery of client outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for instructions of client deliverables, coding, and data input validation focusing on specific industry categories
- →Conducts cross coding and item-related quality checks on a daily basis
- →Acts as a back-up to other coders and conducts physical store checks to validate item-related information
- →Keeps track of special instructions related to category assignment
- →Plans and executes a complex daily personal workload to support departmental and company schedules
- →Ensures accuracy throughout the process, from validation before database setup to managing samples
- →Answers external questions and acts as a liaison between clients and stakeholders
- →Identifies, investigates, and coordinates the resolution of data, process, or product related queries
- →Willing to be trained to become a category expert
