About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Marketing Effectiveness to drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for our marketing analytics modeling platform. This individual contributor leadership role will focus on steering end-to-end product development from model pipelines to automation to front end and user experience, working closely with the Head of Data Science and Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with the Head of Data Science to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals
- →Maintain the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog
- →Align with stakeholder groups across Commercial and Delivery on product prioritization
- →Work with Dsci, engineering, design, and commercial & delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
- →Lead planning increments and set timelines, milestones, and release schedules
- →Ensure ongoing discovery with clients folds into the evolving roadmap
- →Lead development squad scrum and collaborate with Program to implement SAFe Agile ways of working
- →Communicate with and influence key stakeholders, including the MEff executive leadership team
- →Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to inform roadmap adjustments
- →Stay updated with advancements in marketing science, machine learning, and AI
- →Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of relevant experience in data or marketing science
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business, analytics, data science, or related field
- ✓Strong practical knowledge of statistical modeling
- ✓Strong practical knowledge of basic ML/AI algorithms
- ✓Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Spotfire
- ✓Expertise in Microsoft business tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
- ✓Product Management level exposure/experience working within cloud stacks and with cloud toolkits
- ✓Familiarity with product development tools & apps

- ✓Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- ✓Strong sense of urgency and accountability
