About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to significantly enhance our CRM capabilities and drive business efficiencies across our commercial products team. You'll be the expert on our Salesforce Media Cloud (Core) implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing heavily on Salesforce Media Cloud and using LWC and Apex.
- →Develop and maintain system architecture and documentation, ensuring high standards for data integrity and security.
- →Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to mid-level and associate engineers, and champion a positive team culture.
- →Manage the continuous deployment of enhancements using CI/CD tooling (preferably Git/Gearset) and best practices.
- →Provide essential production support including debugging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure platform reliability.
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and continuously enhance the platform to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
- ✓Deep knowledge of LWC, Apex, and architectural best practices
- ✓Experience with Salesforce Media Cloud implementation
- ✓Strong understanding of CI/CD tooling and best practices
- ✓Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team culture
