About the Role
We are looking for an Institutional Sales professional to join our team. This role focuses on acquiring, managing, and expanding institutional accounts such as SMEs, IT/ITES firms, educational consultants, and travel companies. The position involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers and delivering customized forex solutions tailored to organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and target new corporate clients and institutional accounts
- →Deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
- →Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage onboarding
- →Maintain ongoing communication to understand and fulfill travel requirements
- →Prepare proposals and pricing, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- →Ensure compliance with company and corporate policies
- →Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- →Track market trends and competitor actions
- →Participate in industry events to expand market presence
- →Maintain accurate CRM records and track KPIs and performance metrics
- →Provide management with insights to support strategic decisions
Requirements
- ✓A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- ✓2–6 years of experience in forex sales, corporate sales, travel sales, or business development
- ✓Experience working with an AD II, or travel/education firms is an added advantage
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Negotiation and contract management abilities
- ✓Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- ✓Proficiency in MS Office
- ✓Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
