About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Nivoda’s global fulfilment and operations team. This role involves building the analytical foundation for our operations, turning raw data into insights that drive improvements in speed, reliability, and margin.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain core fulfilment dashboards across intake, QC, shipping, delivery, and returns.
- →Track key metrics such as turnaround times, SLA adherence, hub throughput, backlog, and shipping costs.
- →Analyze bottlenecks and drop-offs across fulfilment stages to support operational optimisation.
- →Produce regular performance reporting for Fulfilment and Ops leadership.
- →Work hands-on with fulfilment and logistics data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- →Build focused analyses to support questions around capacity, hub performance, cost drivers, and process efficiency.
Requirements
- ✓2-4+ years experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- ✓Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with messy operational data.
- ✓Confident writing SQL to analyse datasets (joins, aggregations, basic CTEs).
- ✓Able to turn data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- ✓Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving, operational environments.
