About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Analyst to join Nivoda, a global marketplace connecting retailers and suppliers across diamonds, gemstones, and finished jewellery. This role will partner closely with the RevOps Leader to build the analytical foundation of Nivoda’s revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- →Turn GTM data into clarity by building core GTM dashboards across the entire revenue funnel.
- →Support funnel optimization by analyzing drop-offs, slowdowns, and inconsistencies across regions and segments.
- →Bring rigor and insight to revenue planning by supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting.
- →Help scale clean, reliable GTM data by working hands-on with CRM and GTM data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- →Support high-impact GTM decisions by building analyses for territory planning, segmentation, and performance benchmarking.
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years experience in a GTM analytics, RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth, or Strategy role.
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with experience working with CRM data and building dashboards or performance reports.
- ✓Commercially minded with strong business instinct.
- ✓Clear communicator able to explain insights to operators and senior stakeholders.
- ✓Curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
