About the Role
The Customer Experience team at Notion listens to customers and delivers value at every touchpoint. As CX Operations & Workforce Manager, you will build and own business-critical forecasting models, staffing plans, and systems to support our growing user base. This hands-on role focuses on process and precision, systems thinking, and continuous innovation in CX operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and own forecasting models and staffing recommendations for vendor and in-house teams
- →Lead weekly and monthly workforce management operations, building and scaling workforce management systems
- →Drive budget projections and precision, evaluating variances vs. plan
- →Lead core operating rhythms such as KPI reviews and forecast reviews
- →Collaborate with CX leadership and cross-functional teams in Business Technology, Data, Finance, and Recruiting Operations
- →Develop new processes and policies to help the CX organization scale
Requirements
- ✓Strong customer empathy and passion for support quality
- ✓Proven experience in forecasting, modeling, and developing capacity and staffing plans
- ✓Experience building processes, systems, and operational structures for scale
- ✓Experience developing and leading operating cadences for performance visibility
- ✓Experience with hands-on operational systems work, including workforce management
- ✓Track record of improving, automating, and innovating systems and workflows
- ✓Effective communication skills across audiences and levels
- ✓Willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter
