Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience in Customer Success at a fast-growing software company

- ✓Intrinsic motivation to be a top performer and contribute to a team
- ✓Experience training users of SaaS products
- ✓Experience working with user communities
- ✓Experience using tools like Gainsight, Outreach, and Salesforce
