About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter in Tokyo to partner with our Japan leadership team to attract and close top talent. This role involves building our Japan organization in a high-growth environment, advising hiring managers, and designing rigorous hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the Japan recruiting process for GTM roles, primarily Account Executives and sales roles
- →Operate autonomously across the end-to-end cycle, from sourcing to closing
- →Run role kick-off meetings and align interview plans and scorecards
- →Utilize hiring metrics and market data to propose recommendations
- →Drive diversity and inclusion strategy with a focus on balanced candidate slates
- →Build and nurture talent pipelines for priority Japan GTM roles
- →Establish partnerships with the Japan leadership team
- →Ensure scalable hiring plans with a strong sense of urgency
- →Inspire candidates throughout the interview process
- →Collaborate with cross-functional partners
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
- ✓Track record of sourcing and closing GTM talent in Tokyo
- ✓Ability to partner with and influence leadership stakeholders
- ✓Experience coaching hiring managers and interviewers
- ✓History of building diverse candidate pipelines
- ✓Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)
- ✓Focus on delivering high-quality recruiting experiences
- ✓Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Team player with an optimistic attitude
- ✓Willingness to adopt AI tools for better results
