About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join Notion's sales organization. This role focuses on providing technical guidance to customers throughout the sales process, helping them deploy and integrate Notion into their existing tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with sales team on customer engagements
- →Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires
- →Provide technical guidance to customers on deploying and integrating Notion
- →Showcase custom solutions based on Notion's capabilities
- →Curate product feedback for the Product and Engineering teams
- →Work with marketing to refine technical narratives
- →Educate the sales organization on product knowledge
- →Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases
Requirements
- ✓4+ years as Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect
- ✓Ability to understand and explain how APIs support advanced customer workflows
- ✓Experience with third-party integrations for IdP/SSO, DLP, or SIEM platforms
- ✓Strong project management experience
- ✓Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a building stage
- ✓Highly adaptable to a rapidly changing business environment
