About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join Novig, America's #1 sports prediction market. This role requires working nights and weekends to support users during live sports events.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle user inquiries via chat and email during Thursday–Monday nights
- →Resolve issues thoroughly and escalate when necessary
- →Use internal admin tools to verify accounts, investigate transactions, and troubleshoot platform issues
- →Monitor chat volume during NFL/NBA slates and resolve time-sensitive issues
- →Share feedback to help refine macros, FAQs, and internal documentation
Requirements
- ✓Thrive in high-stakes environments and stay calm during volume spikes
- ✓Take ownership of every interaction and resolve issues thoroughly
- ✓Respond quickly to chats and emails while maintaining clear, accurate, and on-brand communication
- ✓Understand betting lines, spreads, exchange mechanics, and market movement
- ✓Comfortable navigating multiple tools and systems simultaneously
- ✓Strong communicator who can de-escalate frustrated users and explain complex mechanics
