About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to join Oddball and support our internal technology stack. This role focuses on maintaining systems like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub while ensuring security practices aligned with NIST 800-171.

Key Responsibilities

→Administer Okta for SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle processes
→Manage and support Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub
→Maintain security practices aligned with NIST 800-171
→Participate in security assessments and internal audits
→Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows
→Support onboarding and offboarding processes
→Monitor system usage, permissions, and integrations

Requirements

✓Hands-on experience administering SaaS platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, or GitHub
✓Experience with identity and access management practices
✓Familiarity with security best practices and NIST 800-171
✓Ability to document processes and maintain system configurations
✓Strong troubleshooting skills
✓Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
✓Bachelor’s Degree
✓Authorization to work in the United States
✓U.S. citizenship and security clearance may be required for certain roles
