About the Role
We are seeking a Data Platform Developer to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of data platforms, particularly the open-source .Stat Suite platform products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Continuously improve data platforms, especially the .Stat Suite platform products
- →Collect, analyze, and identify user behavioral patterns through usability tests, surveys, and analytics
- →Develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess user satisfaction and product quality
- →Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training material
- →Oversee and improve the lean/agile development process
- →Perform quality assurance testing to ensure correct functioning of products
- →Contribute to setting up collaboration frameworks and best practices
- →Inform stakeholders of product updates and enhancements
- →Support community members on functional questions
- →Share knowledge with peers and collaborate with other teams
Requirements
- ✓Experience with data platforms and open-source technologies
- ✓Strong analytical skills to identify user patterns and requirements
- ✓Knowledge of usability testing and user research methods
- ✓Experience with developing and monitoring key performance indicators
- ✓Familiarity with documentation and training material creation
- ✓Understanding of DevSecOps processes
- ✓Experience with lean/agile development methodologies
- ✓Quality assurance testing experience
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to capacity building
