About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Okta, The World’s Identity Company. This role focuses on helping customers navigate their Identity journey, providing strategic problem-solving, and acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop roadmaps and strategies to accelerate customers' strategic direction
→Take ownership of your Book of Business, mitigate churn risk, and identify growth opportunities
→Conduct regular research on industry trends and customer needs to develop thought leadership
→Create strategic success plans aligned with customers' goals and track progress
→Build strong relationships through effective communication with customers and stakeholders
→Identify and solve customer problems efficiently by proactively addressing potential issues
→Work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and assist customers
→Build and maintain executive relationships with key decision-makers
→Have a deep understanding of Okta's products and services to provide customers with insights and direction

Requirements

✓Experience in customer success management, ideally with technical platforms or solutions
✓Customer-centric and proactive team player focused on driving customer loyalty and adoption
✓Success in navigating enterprise environments and building trusted relationships
✓Experience in driving product adoption and expansion through understanding customer needs
✓Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers and projects
✓Willingness to learn new things, have a growth mindset, and align with Okta core values
✓Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
✓Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
✓Ability to travel 10-15% onsite to customers and occasionally attend global meetings
