About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on technical leader to define and implement the company's AI-driven efficiency strategy. This involves embedding AI capabilities into the entire workflow to enhance delivery efficiency and quality for all engineers.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the effort to leverage LLM/AI Agent technologies to optimize organizational workflows
→Design and build the next-generation AI platform with CI/CD, automated testing frameworks, and release systems
→Manage and empower a technical team, defining the team's technical roadmap
→Take ownership of key R&D productivity metrics and drive implementation of improvement plans
→Work closely with Engineering teams and technical leads from different business units

Requirements

✓Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 6+ years of relevant experience
✓Solid technical foundation with proficiency in at least one mainstream language (Go/Java/Python/Rust)
✓Depth in AI Empowerment: Experience with Copilot-like tools, AI Agents/Agentic Workflows, applying LLMs in code analysis and generation, and LLMOps
