About the Role
We are looking for a customer-obsessed and hands-on experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our AI and agent products. This role focuses on building scalable AI infra and application products to support both.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms
- →Partner with science and engineering teams to define technical requirements for new AI features
- →Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch
- →Develop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance
- →Collaborate with UX teams to ensure optimal user experience
- →Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company
- →Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements
- →Identify and assess new opportunities for applying emerging AI technologies
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent
- ✓5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product management
- ✓Strong technical background and proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale
- ✓Excellence in written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- ✓Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
