About the Role

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in establishing a new event for an internationally known B2B organization. This part-time role (3 days a week) focuses on executing and taking ownership of all marketing activity to hit targets and drive a successful launch.

Key Responsibilities

→Establish, reach, engage and grow audiences through multi-channel campaigns
→Drive brand awareness and convert quality leads
→Oversee strategic development and delivery of marketing campaigns
→Plan, build, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
→Use organic search, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media to grow audiences
→Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
→Develop and deliver content calendars through various channels
→Coordinate the design and production of marketing collateral
→Partner with creative team to ensure assets meet performance marketing plan

Requirements

✓Analytical and data-oriented with a history of testing and optimization
✓Creative flair and exceptional attention to detail
✓Experience with marketing automation technologies
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
✓Advanced knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRO, Data Analytics, Email Marketing, Social, Website CMS and Display
✓Experience creating tailored customer communications to drive engagement and conversion
✓Ability to manage budget and inform channel annual planning
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Digital-first mindset with ability to predict audience preferences
✓Strategic planning and execution skills for digital content campaigns
