About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team at OLX, working with Automotive and Real Estate platforms across the EU region. You will have the opportunity to work on LLM-based models, voicebots, behavioral classification, and regression models for value estimation using Python and AWS cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work in the Data Science team, focusing on LLMs and GenAI from a marketplace perspective
- →Build, test, and deploy models to production, measuring their impact
- →Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, translating business requirements into projects
- →Partner with Engineering and Product to deliver solutions to customers
- →Work with Product Analytics to track KPIs of ML use cases
- →Partner with the Experimentation team for A/B testing
- →Work in multi-functional teams in a diverse, multinational environment
Requirements
- ✓Very strong analytical skills and solid background in statistics and modeling
- ✓Good knowledge of Python (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Pandas)
- ✓At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning
- ✓Very good knowledge of NLP and Deep Learning
- ✓Good knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- ✓Good understanding of engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring, containers)
- ✓Hands-on experience with SQL
- ✓Experience with MLOps
- ✓Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- ✓Strong presentation skills
- ✓Able to work in diverse, multi-functional teams
