About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join Property24, the leading real estate platform. This role focuses on driving B2B market penetration and engagement through strategic brand positioning and revenue enablement tactics.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the marketing strategy and execution encompassing brand positioning, go-to-market execution, acquisition and retention tactics
→Build and lead a small marketing team to deliver exceptional results
→Manage senior stakeholders (Sales, GTM, Product, Data teams, external agencies)
→Drive commercial success while developing a high-performance culture
→Work across multiple internal teams and external partners
→Own, write and manage the integrated B2B marketing plan covering brand, sales enablement, PR, activations & partnerships, events
→Adopt and enable the business with a common measurement framework to evaluate B2B marketing success
→Position the Property24 brand purposefully and meaningfully different within the real estate industry
→Execute B2B marketing initiatives including go-to-market strategies, product marketing, events management, sales enablement, and PR tactics
→Excellent stakeholder management and reporting
→Work closely with Product, GTM, Sales, Data, CRM, Performance, and PR teams
→Drive continuous improvement by adopting an experimental approach

Requirements

✓8+ years of experience in marketing with deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategy
✓Proven experience in leading marketing teams, 5+ years
✓Experience in managing substantial marketing budgets and driving ROI
✓Resilient mindset and strong-willed to get things done
✓Ability to explain B2B marketing impact through analysis and rigor
✓Experience in B2B brand management with demonstrated commercial impact
✓Passion and understanding of the latest B2B Marketing trends
✓Experience working in matrix or complex environments
✓Excellent communicative capability
