About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager for the Pricing Engine to lead the conceptualization, development, and go-to-market for a dynamic pricing engine for promotional and listing fees. This role will own the product strategy, execution, stakeholder alignment, and long-term roadmap for a core revenue driver with high visibility across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the vision and execution of the pricing engine product across strategy, discovery, development, launch, A/B experimentation, analysis, and operational refinement.
- βDefine requirements, prioritize features, and align cross-functional work with engineering, data science, analytics, design, customer service, legal, and business stakeholders.
- βPlay a key role in change management for the dozens of folks currently involved in the price setting process.
- βDefine metrics for success, evaluate performance, and use data to inform decisions at every stage.
- βCommunicate product direction, risks, and outcomes to our executive team and other senior leaders on a recurring cadence.
Requirements
- β7+ years of product management experience building and scaling complex products with measurable business impact.
- β3+ years experience building machine learning products in production.
- βProficiency in defining and interpreting A/B experiments, statistical significance, and data-driven decision-making.
- βProactive, high ownership, self-starter, βcan-doβ attitude.
- βTop-notch English communication skills, effective executive communication.
- βExperience building pricing engines or dynamic pricing systems is a significant plus.
