About the Role
We are looking for an AI Product Owner to join our Finance, Risk and Data Tribe at SEB banka. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products and processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- βShape the vision and strategy for AI-driven products and processes
- βOwn and manage the AI development backlog across platform- and AI-team-owned use cases
- βPrioritize AI initiatives based on total value impact, feasibility, and long-term scalability
- βOwn and maintain the AI use-case registry, including lifecycle status and accountability
- βManage stakeholders and act as the primary point of entry for the organization to the AI team
- βCollaborate with other Product Owners within and outside the tribe
- βStay up to date with the latest AI trends and developments
Requirements
- βStrong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into strategic decisions
- βAbility to own end-to-end product lifecycle and balance strategic vs. operational needs
- βExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- βA collaborative mindset, proactive problem-solving ability, and ownership mentality
- βUnderstanding of Agile delivery processes
- βComfort working with both high-level strategy and hands-on execution
- βProficiency in written and spoken English
