About the Role
SEB is seeking an AI Product Owner to join their Finance, Risk and Data Tribe. This role involves driving the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products and processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- βShape the vision and strategy for AI-driven products and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and responsible AI principles
- βOwn and manage the AI development backlog across platform- and AI-team-owned use cases
- βPrioritize AI initiatives based on total value impact, feasibility, and long-term scalability
- βOwn and maintain the AI use-case registry, including lifecycle status and accountability
- βManage stakeholders and act as the primary point of entry for the organization to the AI team
- βCollaborate with other Product Owners within and outside the tribe
- βStay up to date with the latest AI trends and developments, and contribute to the strategic agenda of the broader area
Requirements
- βStrong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into strategic decisions
- βAbility to own end-to-end product lifecycle and balance strategic vs. operational needs
- βExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- βA collaborative mindset, proactive problem-solving ability, and ownership mentality
- βUnderstanding of Agile delivery processes
- βComfort working with both high-level strategy and hands-on execution
- βProficiency in written and spoken English as communication would be across Baltics
