About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join OLX and serve as a strategic Talent Advisor to the Engineering function. This role will drive hiring outcomes across complex scopes while enhancing candidate experience and stakeholder partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn and execute hiring for the Engineering function across multiple roles and locations.
- βEnd-to-end recruitment for technical roles, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- βPartner with Engineering leaders and senior stakeholders to define role profiles, hiring priorities, and success criteria.
- βApply diverse sourcing techniques and channels to attract and engage top technical talent.
- βUse recruiting metrics, market insights, and data to inform hiring strategy and improve processes.
- βCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Rewards, Mobility, and HR Operations to enable smooth and efficient hiring.
- βMonitor Talent Acquisition trends, emerging tools, and best practices, sharing insights with the TA team.
- βEnsure fair, bias-aware, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- βProven in-house experience hiring technical talent in fast-paced, international, product-led organizations.
- βStrong business acumen and stakeholder management; trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- βAbility to influence decisions, navigate uncertainty, and drive change based on data.
- βExecution excellence with a strong ownership and proactive mindset.
- βSolid knowledge of the technical talent market and candidate availability.
- βBias-aware and inclusive approach to hiring.
- βFluent in English.
