About the Role
One Acre Fund is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the President, with the potential to rapidly rise to become one of the organization's top leaders. This role involves delivering the long-term vision of the organization and working closely with the President to enable his growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Steward One Acre Fund’s 25 most important relationships with foundation teams
- →Lead 3-5 key strategic grant renewals per year
- →Lead 1-3 new potential wins per year
- →Coordinate major program priorities within One Acre Fund
- →Lead special projects related to the President’s portfolio
- →Manage the President's team, supervising and developing at least two individuals
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience
