About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join TORTUS, a safety-critical AI company transforming healthcare. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining automated test infrastructure, evaluating AI outputs, managing releases, and ensuring quality across multiple clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Jest, and Vitest
- →Design test cases covering functional requirements, edge cases, and failure modes
- →Integrate tests into CI pipelines to gate every PR with passing tests
- →Build simulation suites for clinical AI pipeline outputs
- →Run regression and manual exploratory testing across all supported environments
- →Maintain requirements traceability matrix linking requirements to test cases
- →Support compliance with ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 standards
- →Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
Requirements
- ✓2–5 years of experience in QA engineering, software testing, or SDET roles
- ✓Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Jest, Vitest)
- ✓Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
- ✓Understanding of requirements traceability and test case mapping
- ✓Experience writing test plans, protocols, and verification reports
- ✓Comfort testing across multiple platforms and environments
- ✓Strong written communication skills for regulatory documentation
