About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to join Onebrief, a collaboration and AI-powered workflow software company for military staffs. This role will support day-to-day accounts payable and employee spend operations, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, reimbursements, and corporate card activity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Process vendor invoices through Zip, ensuring timely routing, approvals, and execution
- →Support employee expense and reimbursement workflows in Brex
- →Administer corporate card activity, including transaction monitoring and coding support
- →Ensure coordination between Zip, Brex, and NetSuite for accurate data flow
- →Partner with Finance, Procurement, and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies
- →Identify opportunities to improve AP and spend workflows
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, expense management, or finance operations
- ✓Familiarity with spend and AP tools such as Zip, Brex, Coupa, Airbase, or similar platforms
- ✓Strong attention to detail and comfort working in operational finance systems
- ✓Working knowledge of invoice processing, expense categorization, and basic accounting concepts
- ✓Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide responsive support
- ✓Organized, process-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
