About the Role

We are looking for a Product Management Director to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for Onebrief's core application. This senior leadership role will oversee persona-based teams and emerging front-end teams, ensuring seamless user experiences and product quality across the application layer.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and communicate a unified product vision and strategy for all application teams
→Set cross-team priorities to deliver an integrated experience for all user personas
→Lead strategic initiatives, roadmap planning, and execution across application teams
→Ensure clean integration of application features with shared platform services
→Set high standards for UX, quality, reliability, and performance
→Champion the voice of the user and serve as the primary point of contact for application-layer product strategy
→Lead and mentor application Product Managers

Requirements

✓8+ years of experience in product management with leadership of multiple product teams
✓Experience building or operating at-scale collaborative productivity platforms
✓Prior experience in defense, government, or regulated industries
✓Deep understanding of modern product development practices
✓Track record of strategic leadership and shipping complex B2B/SaaS products
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✓U.S. citizenship and ability to work with sensitive data
