About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join Onebrief, a collaboration and AI-powered workflow software company for military staffs. This role will serve as the connective tissue between customers, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, helping to make product decisions faster and more evidence-based.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own feedback collection and tooling, synthesizing voice of customer across strategic and tactical channels
- →Synthesize and provide customer insights from qualitative and quantitative data
- →Establish rigorous processes to understand product use through metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems
- →Own the planning system and processes, facilitating quarterly planning and roadmap alignment
- →Establish and maintain product operating rhythms
- →Streamline key decision points for product teams
- →Partner with Product Marketing and GTM leadership to own product launch coordination
- →Run Early Access and beta programs
- →Maintain launch processes to monitor impact in production
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- ✓3+ years in product operations, product management, or program management in B2B/SaaS
- ✓Active SECRET clearance or higher
- ✓Track record building 0→1 processes and scaling them thoughtfully
- ✓Experience embedded with product teams as an extension of product leadership
- ✓Analytical strength translating qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations
- ✓Experience with launch coordination, EAPs/betas, and customer feedback loops
- ✓AI literacy and enthusiasm for leveraging modern tools to automate and improve product operations
- ✓A bridge builder who connects strategy to execution and creates alignment across teams
