About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join One Model, a leading vendor in the people analytics space. This role involves helping to scale our product and demonstrate its value to prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct live demonstrations of our people analytics platform
- →Design mockups for customer-specific use cases
- →Create videos to showcase product features
- →Assist with Request For Proposals (RFPs)
- →Respond to ad hoc questions from potential clients
Requirements
- ✓Experience as a People Analytics leader, manager, or practitioner
- ✓Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
- ✓Passionate about people analytics and technology
- ✓Ability to persuade others and solve problems
- ✓Willingness to become a subject matter expert (SME) of the product
- ✓Understanding of data models, Machine Learning Modeling, Data Storytelling, and User Adoption
- ✓Excellent written communication and diagramming skills
- ✓Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain US Time zones
