About the Role
We are looking for a Growth-focused Product Manager to drive measurable business impact through experimentation, optimization, and data-driven decision-making. This role is centered on improving acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention across customer-facing experiences such as e-commerce, search, booking, or transactional flows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive growth initiatives across key user journeys (e.g., acquisition, conversion, retention)
- →Design, prioritize, and deliver experiments and A/B tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- →Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using product analytics tools
- →Partner closely with Engineering and Design to execute experiments efficiently
- →Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and other stakeholders to align growth priorities
- →Translate insights into actionable product improvements
- →Measure impact, share learnings, and iterate based on results
- →Balance short-term wins with a longer-term growth strategy
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in growth-focused roles
- ✓Proven success in designing and delivering experiments and A/B tests that drove business impact
- ✓Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar
- ✓Experience working on e-commerce, search, booking, or conversion-driven flows
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Comfortable navigating initiatives of varying scope and ambiguity
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
