About the Role
We are looking for a product manager to lead the development of a world-class identity platform for OpenAI’s products. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, security, GTM, and customer-facing teams to ensure our identity systems are powerful and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build the core user account and authentication experiences that power all OpenAI products.
- →Translate identity needs across OpenAI’s product suite into prioritized product requirements.
- →Build the next generation of products that empower people to control how their accounts and data are accessed.
- →Define and track metrics for adoption, reliability, and security posture.
- →Build tools that enable secure integrations with third-party services.
Requirements
- ✓Have 8+ years of product management or related industry experience, ideally in identity or security products.
- ✓Can translate technical identity concepts into clear customer value and align diverse stakeholders toward a shared vision.
- ✓Demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills in cross-functional environments.
- ✓Are energized by building secure, scalable infrastructure that enables enterprises to confidently adopt frontier AI.
