About the Role
We are looking for a senior, builder-minded Product Marketing leader to help establish and define OpenAI’s platform business. This role will help shape an emerging product area and define our go-to-market approach, working closely with Product and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help establish a new enterprise market for OpenAI, defining the category, narrative, and value proposition
- →Own end-to-end product marketing for a net-new business, from early product definition through launch and expansion
- →Partner deeply with Product to shape strategy and roadmap
- →Define GTM strategy in tandem with Sales, determining target segments and messaging
- →Differentiate OpenAI in a competitive enterprise landscape
- →Figure out segmentation, adoption, and usage strategy
- →Build the foundation from scratch, creating core narratives and positioning
- →Operate as an owner, taking accountability for product success commercially
Requirements
- ✓15+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or related roles in enterprise, B2B, or platform businesses
- ✓Experience helping define or launch net-new products, platforms, or categories
- ✓Ability to translate complex technology into clear, differentiated enterprise value narratives
- ✓Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Product and Sales
- ✓Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-moving environments
