About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters responsible for driving hiring across Sales and Technical Success, and GTM roles in North America. This role plays a critical part in ensuring OpenAI attracts, assesses, and hires top-tier talent to drive our growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GTM recruiters
- →Collaborate with GTM leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership
- →Implement and optimize scalable recruiting processes
- →Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process
- →Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics
- →Manage high-impact requisitions for strategic GTM leadership hires
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of business recruiting experience with at least 3+ years in a people management role
- ✓Proven experience in both startup and large-scale environments
- ✓Expertise in global GTM recruiting across multiple regions
- ✓Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage metrics
- ✓Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Strong problem-solving abilities
