The role Be the Backbone of Veo’s Success: We are looking for a People Operations Specialist who finds beauty in a perfectly executed process. At Veo, we believe that great culture starts with operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in refining our core HR infrastructure, ensuring every touchpoint in the employee lifecycle is handled with precision and care. You’re someone who spots the tiny error in a spreadsheet or a contract before anyone else does. You’re comfortable navigating HRIS systems (like Personio & HiBob) and are a pro at using tools like Notion to keep things organized. This isn't just about administration; it’s about optimization. You will thrive if you are a detail-oriented problem-solver who can explain complex information (such as benefits or holidays) to colleagues in a clear, warm, and helpful way. You will report to the Senior People & Culture Manager and work closely with Finance and People & Culture stakeholders across the business. Key responsibilities: • Own and execute pre-, on-, and offboarding processes with 100% data accuracy • Manage employee documentation throughout the full employee lifecycle from pre-boarding, onboarding, to off-boarding (contracts, visas, addendums, salary reviews) • Maintain and update HR systems, employee files, policies, and procedures • Support payroll administration, salary changes, and pension • Comfortable working with systems and data in Excel • Contribute actively to the redesign and optimization of HR Operations processes to support scale • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes What we expect from you: • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR / People Operations • Strong understanding of Danish employment law • High system proficiency and confidence working across multiple HR tools • Fluent in English, both written and spoken • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Able to work independently, take ownership, and improve existing processes What we offer: • A key role in a fast-growing international tech company • High level of ownership and influence on People Operations processes • Flexible working hours and a trust-based culture • A modern Copenhagen office with a gym, rooftop terrace, and indoor ball court • 30 days of annual vacation to recharge properly • Pension and private health insurance for peace of mind • IT equipment of your choice to do your best work • (Probably) The best lunch in town • Social activities, including company events, team activities, and Friday Bars, to stay connected • On-site gym facilities to support your health and wellbeing Please note: We are specifically looking for candidates with proven HR Operations experience in a professional organization.
