About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join OpenGov, a leader in AI and ERP solutions for local and state governments. In this role, you will ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers by understanding their goals and driving product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and expansion

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- ✓Minimum of 3 years in customer success, account management, or a related role within the SaaS Industry
- ✓Proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving revenue growth targets
- ✓Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- ✓Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ✓Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools
- ✓Willingness and ability to travel when required (25-30%).
