About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc. This role serves as the strategic bridge between our technology and the hospitality industry, driving engagement and reducing churn for restaurant customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the overall management of our most valuable business segmentation of customers
- →Resolve customer cases and tasks daily
- →Turn data into actionable insights and share with restaurants to change behavior and drive adoption
- →Work closely with customers to drive engagement on the OpenTable platform and increase reservation availability
- →Respond to restaurant partner concerns from our Customer Support and field teams
- →Perform presentations and training remotely to restaurant customers
- →Inspire customers to think differently about their business
- →Consistently meet and exceed regular team and individual goals
- →Reduce churn
Requirements
- ✓Experience as an account manager
- ✓Consultative partner skilled in selling solutions and driving long-term value
- ✓Hospitality expert with deep knowledge of restaurant operations
