About the Role
We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join our support team at Optimove. This role involves monitoring and maintaining our production environment, supporting integration projects, and communicating directly with customers to solve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor, maintain and support Optimove’s production environment
- →Serve as a key person for integration projects and requests from customers
- →Construct ETL processes
- →Conduct data QA and analysis
- →Perform configuration management
- →Create robust and scalable processes
- →Communicate directly with customers to solve technical issues
Requirements
- ✓Student for a bachelor’s degree (with at least 1 year remaining to graduation)
- ✓Minimum 3 shifts per week and 1 weekend (Friday/Saturday shift) per month
- ✓Outstanding technical skills
- ✓Experience with SQL
- ✓Fast learner looking to be exposed to and to work with new technologies
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Team player with self-learning and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Agile, highly motivated, exceptional work ethic, ambitious, a super-multitasker and with a sense of responsibility to follow through on tasks
