About the Role
The Product Manager, Marketing at Orca Bio is responsible for contributing to the US promotional launch of Orca-T, Orca Bio’s first commercial product. This role involves supporting the Marketing and Commercial team in developing patient engagement strategies and brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute a comprehensive patient-centric tactical plan aligned to Brand KPIs to enable a robust promotional launch
- →Apply deep understanding of patient journeys to develop innovative messaging and patient engagement strategies
- →Lead the design and implementation of patient engagement initiatives, including patient ambassadors and advocacy partnerships
- →Contribute to omnichannel deployment and optimization
- →Orchestrate quality engagement with the field sales team to ensure optimized delivery of messaging and assets
- →Manage the marketing tactical budget
- →Lead planning and execution of complex meetings and events
- →Provide strategic direction to agency and vendor partners
- →Manage concurrent workstreams with strong project management discipline
- →Identify and escalate issues with proposed solutions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Finance, or related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
- ✓7+ years of biopharmaceutical experience, including 5+ years of commercial experience
- ✓Experience in hematology/oncology and marketing complex products
- ✓Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- ✓Track record of cross-functional collaboration
- ✓Willingness to travel up to 20%
