About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to join Orion Innovation, a global business and technology services firm. This role requires expertise in leading engineering teams and projects, with a focus on AI/ML technologies and LLM/GenAI projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead engineering teams or projects in AI/ML domain
- →Design and implement solutions using LLM APIs and RAG architectures
- →Utilize embeddings and vector databases for advanced applications
- →Work with orchestration frameworks and cloud-based backend services
- →Make architecture decisions and drive them to execution
Requirements
- ✓10+ years in Software / Data / ML engineering
- ✓3+ years in AI/ML, and 2+ years specifically in LLM / GenAI projects
- ✓Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Architect
- ✓Deep hands-on experience with LLM APIs and RAG architectures
- ✓Strong Python skills and experience with Node.js / C#
- ✓Experience building cloud-based backend services and integrating with enterprise systems
- ✓Excellent communication skills
