About the Role

We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to customers after their Outreach purchase. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional onboarding and implementation experiences while providing strategic guidance on platform best practices and GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities

→Work as the main point of contact with customers after sale completion
→Provide exceptional implementation experiences ensuring teams are operational on time
→Partner with customers on platform best practices, GTM strategy, and technical configuration
→Work with existing customers on additional services like managed services and optimizations
→Identify new service opportunities and direct customers to appropriate scoping parties
→Document customer information thoroughly for seamless team handoffs
→Demonstrate project management excellence including budget, timeline, and risk management
→Ensure successful platform adoption during and after go-live
→Hand off customers to customer success team post-launch
→Influence leadership at all levels from analysts to executives
→Capture customer feedback with support, product, and engineering teams
→Develop deep technical product knowledge and sales process expertise
→Contribute to refining initiatives and methodologies within Professional Services
→Assess problems and drive resolutions independently

Requirements

✓3+ years experience in professional services, consulting, or implementation in SaaS environment
✓Proven track record as consultant and trusted advisor building client relationships
✓Strong project management skills driving initiatives with clear expectations
✓Proactive and self-driven with ability to learn complex concepts independently
✓Strategic problem solver breaking down ambiguous problems into manageable components
✓Technical aptitude to understand deep product aspects and educate others
