About the Role

We are looking for a Senior PPC Manager to architect our entire paid media function and build it for global scale. This role involves managing substantial advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns across various networks to fuel the commercial success of our innovative web data gathering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Managing B2B oriented paid ad campaigns across search, display, video, social and retargeting networks.
→Identifying the best marketing strategies, visuals, and copy for a successful campaign scale.
→Managing and allocating substantial advertising budgets to maximize campaign profitability and return on investment.
→Conducting market and competitive research to identify new opportunities for advertising campaigns.
→Building and executing a scalable paid media roadmap while maintaining or improving current efficiency metrics.
→Identifying and testing new channels, platforms, and ad formats to diversify acquisition sources.
→Translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
→Collaborating closely with Content and SEO teams, Sales, and Product.

Requirements

✓Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads.
✓At least 1 year of experience fully owning PPC for product or project.
✓Advanced knowledge of GA4 and GTM, combined with strong analytical skills.
✓Demonstrable experience managing paid media campaigns for international markets.
✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
✓A strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
✓A genuine passion for learning and developing expertise in PPC and media buying.
✓A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
✓AI proficiency for day-to-day task efficiency and PPC optimization.
