About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join Oxylabs, a team of 500+ professionals developing cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for Fortune 500 companies. In this role, you will take ownership of our core customer-facing ecosystem, driving strategy for platforms used by top S&P 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive the Vision: Define the strategy and roadmap for user-facing business platforms, aligning them with commercial goals and market trends.
- βLead & Mentor: Act as a central leader for a group of Product Owners/Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and cross-team alignment.
- βOwn the Lifecycle: Oversee the product portfolio from customer discovery to delivery, ensuring business outcomes and seamless user journeys.
- βOptimize for Growth: Track, analyze, and control key product metrics, focusing on user acquisition, activation, conversion rates, and retention.
- βCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Bridge the gap between engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver user-centric features.
- βDeep Market Research: Conduct active user research to understand customer needs and commercial opportunities.
Requirements
- β4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of managing visual, UI-heavy, e-commerce, or self-service products.
- βProven experience mentoring or leading peers to deliver complex projects.
- βExceptional ability to translate user data and A/B test results into concrete product features.
- βDemonstrated ability to handle multiple interconnected projects simultaneously.
- βExcellent communication skills, capable of rallying diverse teams around a shared vision.
- βA strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
