About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and autonomous Associate Solutions Engineer to join our high-performing team at Paddle. You will help software vendors build incredible customer experiences with our payment infrastructure and assist them with technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- →Become an expert on the Paddle product suite, including checkout, dashboard, and APIs
- →Communicate confidently with C-suite and senior developers to support customer experiences
- →Write integration plans and sample code for sellers
- →Support Account Executives on customer calls to help win new business
- →Contribute to product development by communicating issues and feature requests
- →Contribute to public and internal documentation
Requirements
- ✓Solid understanding of web technologies, particularly JavaScript and related frameworks
- ✓Experience using and integrating APIs
- ✓Strong interpersonal and customer management skills from a customer-facing role
- ✓Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
