About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager for Infrastructure to join Palantir's Technical Operations organization. This role involves developing strategy and implementing core infrastructure systems that power our fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, contingencies, and timing for new infrastructure initiatives
- →Identify requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors for network deployments, compute platform development, and capacity planning
- →Incorporate operational and security standards into program planning to ensure integrity, performance, reliability, and compliance
- →Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple infrastructure projects
- →Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
- →Develop and manage project budgets while being accountable for delivering against operational goals and SLAs
- →Serve as a first responder for infrastructure issues, working with experts to solve problems
Requirements
- ✓2+ years experience working with engineering teams to deliver complex technical products
- ✓Familiarity with infrastructure concepts including networking, compute orchestration, and cloud platforms
- ✓Ability to exercise judgment in high-pressure situations
- ✓Proven skills for managing sophisticated internal environments with multiple stakeholders
- ✓Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- ✓Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- ✓Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping
